The verb pensar (to think) is conjugated like the verb querer.
Is is an "e to ie stem-changing verb".

When followed by an infinitive, pensar is used to indicate plans or intentions.

Examples:

Pensamos salir mañana. We intend to leave tomorrow.
Pienso estudiar medicina. - I plan to study medicine.

Forms of the verb pensar

yo pienso (I think) nosotros (as) pensamos (we think)
piensas (you think) vosotros (as) pensáis (you all think)
Ud./él/ella piensa (you think, he/she thinks) Uds./ellos/ellas piensan (you want, they think)

Sentences with pensar
Nosotros pensamos viajar a Italia. - We are intending to travel to Italy.
Pensamos ir al teatro. - We are planning on going to the theater.
Él piensa comer ensalada. - He is thinking of eating salad.
Ella piensa caminar los domingos. - She is planning on walking on Sundays.
¿Cuándo piensan salir? - When are you planning on leaving?
Pensamos salir dentro de quince días. - We intend to leave in 15 days.
¿Piensas viajar? - Are you planning to travel?
Pienso viajar a Venezuela. - I intend to travel to Venezuela.
¿Cuándo piensa regresar? - When do you plan to be back?
Yo pienso salir a las 6:00 AM. - I'm thinking of leaving at 6:00 AM.
