Spanish Indefinite Articles

Gramática - Rápida
Articles are words like "the", "a", or "an". They are used with nouns.
They indicate if the noun is classified as either feminine or masculine.

The Indefinite Article is:

un - before a masculine noun singular
una - before a feminine noun singular

unos - before a masculine noun plural
unas - before a feminine noun plural

Examples:

masculine noun singular: un perro - a dog (male)
feminine noun singular: una perra - a dog (female)

masculine noun plural: unos perros - some dogs (male)
feminine noun plural: unas perras - some dogs (female)
