Gramática
In order to tell the date in Spanish, the word order must be:

el + número + de + mes

Examples:

el cinco de mayo - the fifth of May (May 5)
el dos de febrero - February 2
el ocho de abril - April 8
el primero de enero - January 1
* el can be omitted.

Sentences with dates

Hoy es tres de mayo. - Today is May 3rd.
Tú tienes una reunión el 10 de junio. - You have a meeting on June 10th.
Tú no tienes una reunión el treinta de junio. - You don't have a meeting on June 30th.
Hoy no es diez de julio. - Today is not July 10th.
La clase de español empieza el lunes 2 de agosto. - The Spanish class starts Monday, August 2nd.
Ella tiene una cita el martes veinte de noviembre. - She has an appointment Tuesday, November 20th.
Navidad es el veinticinco de diciembre. - Christmas is the 25th of Dec.
Mi cumpleaños es el ocho de abril. - My birthday is April 8th.
El día de independencia no es el cuatro de febrero. - Independence day is not on Feb. 4th.
Mañana es tres de octubre. - Tomorrow is October 3rd.
Mañana no es mi cumpleaños. - Tomorrow is not my birthday.
