Numbers in Spanish are always singular.

Tengo veintisiete años.
     I am 27 years old.
Son las ocho y veintidós.
     It's eight twenty-two.
Mi hermana menor tiene veinte años.
      My younger sister is 20 years old.
Yo tengo veintiún años. ¿Cuántos años tienes tú?
      I am 21 years old. How old are you?
