Still More Demonstrative Pronouns!
These are the ones that indicate that the thing being discussed is far away from the subject.

Aquél es de seda.
      That one (far away) is made of silk. (masculine
         singular)
Estos aviones son mejores que aquéllos.
      These airplanes are better than those (far
         away). (masculine plural)
Esta maestra es más alta que aquélla.
      This teacher is taller than that one (far away).
         (feminine singular)
Esas tribus están más lejos que aquéllas.
      Those tribes are further than those (far
         away). (feminine plural)

Aquello can be applied for feminine or masculine.

Mamá da al niño aquello.
      Mom gives that to the boy. (far
         away).
