The Verb Dormir
The verb "dormir" (to sleep) is irregular because the present subjunctive conjugations do not follow the norm which you previously learned.

The table below shows how to conjugate "dormir" in the present subjunctive:

present subjunctive - Sound dormir (example sentences) (full conjugation)
yo Sound duerma (that I may sleep)
Sound duermas (that you may sleep)
Ud./él/ella Sound duerma (that you/he/she may sleep)
nosotros (as) Sound durmamos (that we may sleep)
vosotros (as) Sound durmáis (that you guys may sleep)
Uds./ellos/ellas Sound duerman (that you all/they may sleep)

Other Verbs Conjugated like Dormir

Morir_ (to die) is the only verb conjugated like
_Dormir_; but past part. _Muerto_.
