La pesca es la actividad u oficio de sacar o

Pez / Pescado
There are two different names for “fish” in Spanish.
It is called “pez” when it is alive and in the water,
and it is called “pescado” when it has been caught.
“Pescado” is also the past participle of the verb
“pescar” (to fish).
