So, How Do YOU Make a Living?

In order to speak about yourself, you will need to know how to use the verbs below:

nacer - to be born (full conjugation)

Nací en 1988. - I was born in 1988.
¿Cómo nació el Rock and Roll? - How was Rock and Roll born?

crecer - to grow, to grow up (full conjugation)

En esta casa crecí. - I grew up in this house.
Las compras crecieron 9%. - Purchases grew by 9%.

criarse - to grow up (Spain) (full conjugation)

Madrid, la cuidad donde me crie. - Madrid, the city where I grew up.
No quería que se criarán sin un padre. - I did not want them to grow up without a father.

pasar - to spend time (full conjugation)

Pase cuatro años sin beber alcohol. - I did not drink for four years.
Pasamos una semana muy agradable. - We had a very enjoyable week.

realizar - to achieve, to carry out (full conjugation)

Realicé el sueño americano. - I achieved the American dream.
Realizaremos un proyecto diferente cada sabado. - We will complete a different project each saturday.
