Comments: I thought the program itself was good. I learned a lot and I had some fun while I was there. The problem is Jaco itself. It couldn't be farther from the Costa Rica I had dreamed about. It's not pretty (especially in this construction boom they have going on), there's a major theft problem (even stole my used flip flops and sweaty t-shirt from the beach) and it was full of drugs and prostitutes. You will learn a lot from the school but I'm not sure it's in the best location.
