The schools has wifi for students, films, cooking activities and informal get togethers in the home of the director. This is the true Guatemalan experience and a no pressure way to improve your Spanish skills. This school pays their teachers a fair wage, unlike other more well known schools on the same street. Come up from the Pana dock and make your first right turn, walk about 3 minutes and Orbita is on the left up a bunch of stairs. Great views.

I spent the better part of three months living near the school, and taking classes there during the day. I was starting from knowing only a couple of spanish words, so it was difficult. They found the right pace for me very quickly, and taught me fast. It was a great experience. The people were great !
