The verb andar (conjugation) means "to walk". In certain contexts it means "to go or "to hang out with" .

Andar is a regular -ar verb.

yo ando (I walk)
andas (you walk)
Ud/él/ella anda (you/he/she walks)
nosotros (as) andamos (we walk)
vosotros (as) andáis (you guys walk)
Uds/ellos/ellas andan (you all/they walk)

Me gusta andar descalza cuando estoy en casa.
     I like to walk barefoot when I'm home.

Él anda más aprisa que ella.
     He walks faster than her.

¿Por dónde andas?
     Where are you?

Andamos enfermos.
     We are sick.

Ellos andan en el concierto.
     They're at the concert.

¿Andabas con Sergio?
     Were you hanging out with Sergio?
