The verb poner (conjugation) means "to put" or "to place". The verb is irregular in the preterite tense, the stem pon changes to pus.

yo puse (I put)
pusiste (you put)
Ud./él/ella puso (you/he/she put)
nosotros pusimos (we put)
vosotros pusisteis (you guys put)
Uds./ellos/ellas pusieron (they/you all put)

Lo puse en la heladera.
I put it in the refrigerator.

Lo puse en el congelador.
I put it in the freezer.

Lo puse en el fregadero.
I put it in the sink.

Lo puse en el horno.
I put it in the oven.

Lo puse en el lavaplatos.
I put it in the dishwasher.
