mucho = a lot/many

      Tengo mucho trabajo.
            I have a lot of work.

      Hay mucha pizza.
            There is a lot of pizza.

      Ellos reciben muchos regalos.
            They receive many gifts.

      Muchas gracias.
            Many thanks. (Thank you very much.)

      poco = little/few

      Hay poco tráfico.
            There's little traffic.

      Este carro usa muy poca gasolina.
            This car uses very little gasoline.

      Pero los vuelos son pocos.
            But the flights are few.

      Él tiene pocas manzanas.
            He has few apples.
