How do you say "me" in Spanish? Is it just "yo"?

It depends on the sentence. Normally, its "mi" with an accent mark on the i
For example: La tarjeta de cumpleanos es para mi. (The card is for me).

But after certain prepositions, if you want to say "me", you have to use "yo"
For example: Tu y yo somos amigos. (You and me are friends).

"Yo" means "I"

For example, "Yo quiero una galleta" ("I want a cookie.")
