Correr preterite conjugation

Correr means to run.
     Correr is a regular -er verb.
   To say ran, use the preterite ending.

yo corrí I ran
corriste you ran
Ud./él/ella corr you/he/she ran
nosotros/as corrimos we ran
vosotros/as corristeis you all ran
Uds./ellos/ellas corrieron you all/they ran

Sentences using correr in the preterite tense

Yo corrí dos veces.
      I ran two times.
Tú corriste a la zapatería.
      You ran to the shoe store.
Él corrió a la estación del tren.
      He ran to the train station.
Nosotros corrimos por el jardín.
      We ran around the garden.
     Vosotros corristeis
      You all ran (familiar - only used in Spain)
Lucía y Susana corrieron a la floristería.
      Lucía y Susana ran to the flower store.
Ustedes corrieron a la iglesia.
      You all ran to the church.
