Use of tener que & acabar de

Two essential Spanish expressions are tener que (to have to) and acabar de (to have just). Let's look at some examples of proper use:

Tengo que cambiar de tren.
I have to change trains.

¿Tengo que estar en el apartamento?
Do I have to be in the apartment?

Tú tienes que aprender las palabras.
You have to learn the words.

Tú tienes que ir a la biblioteca.
You have to go to the library.

Acabo de regresar de vacaciones.
I've just returned from holiday (vacation).

Acabo de ver a Juan.
I've just seen Juan.

Acabo de pasar una dura jornada.
I've just had a trying day.

Acabas de invitar a Pablo a cenar.
You have just invited Pablo to have dinner.
