Irregular present subjunctive forms
If the (yo form) of the present indicative does not end in an -o,
the verb is irregular in the present subjunctive.

Sentences - ser

Esta labor se realiza cuando sea necesario. - This chore is done only when necessary.
¿Quiere que sea testigo? - Do you want me to be a witness?
Sea amable con los huéspedes. - Be nice to the guests!
Necesitamos que el documento sea autenticado por un notario. - We need the document to be verified by a notary.
No importa que sea de otro país. - It doesn’t matter if it is from another county
No creo que sea demasiado difícil de hacer. - I don't think it's too difficult to do.
Ella niega que eso sea verdad. - She denies that it is the truth.
¿Piensa usted que él sea sincero? - Do you think he is sincere?

Quiero que sepas que eres muy especial. - I want you to know that you are very special.

Yo espero que María me dé el dinero. - I hope that Mary gives me the money.
