Discussing Where You are From
Unlike English, Spanish does not use indefinite articles when dealing with one's occupation, religion or citizenship.
- Jorge es abogado. Jorge is a lawyer.
Soy mexicano. I am Mexican
Mi hermano es budista. My brother is a Buddhist.
