Spanish Comparative and Superlative

All degrees of comparison may be expressed in Spanish by adverbs. The comparative of superiority is expressed by using más, ' more,' immediately before the adjective or adverb, and the comparative of inferiority by using menos, ' less,' in the same manner.

Soundbueno          - good
Soundmás bueno      - better
Soundmenos bueno    - less good


Soundtemprano       - early
Soundmás temprano   - earlier
Soundmenos temprano - less early


Soundaprisa         - quickly
Soundmás aprisa     - more quickly
Soundmenos aprisa   - less quickly
