Conditional Tense - irregular verbs (last vowel changes to d)

Five other irregular verbs change the last vowel of the infinitive to the letter d. One example is the verb tener (to have):

Sound tener (example sentences)(full conjugation)

yo Sound tendría (I)
Soundtendrías (you)
Ud./él/ella Soundtendría (you/he/she)
nosotros (as) Soundtendríamos (we)
vosotros (as) Soundtendríais (you guys)
Uds./ellos/ ellas Soundtendrían (you all/they)

The verbs salir, venir, valer, and poner follow the same pattern.
