The teachers and staff at Volunteer Bolivia are top quality and cater to individual needs of each student. Combined with a homestay with a Bolivian family, you pick up the language in no time and learn about the country and fascinating local culture in depth. The city is surrounded by beautiful mountains and has perfect springlike weather year-round. Don´t miss out on traveling around this incredible country. I didn't love my teachers here. But my family was amazing. I ended up finding private tutors and just paying Volunteer Bolivia to live with the family. I think that you can be confident that your family at this school is going to be very high quality and interested in having students to really integrate them into the family, not just to earn money. However, there was almost no socializing at the school (there were not many students there when I was there). I was lucky to have host sisters my age who provided me with a social life and kept me in Cochabamba longer than I would have otherwise stayed. Overall, I think coming to Volunteer Bolivia is worth it for the homestay alone.
