Founded in 1983, Escuela Tecun Uman is one of the oldest and most experienced schools in Antigua.

Fully accredited through Universidad Rural de Guatemala, our teachers average 17 years experience, and 12 of our teachers have over 20 years. Founder Mario Castellano has been continuously improving his curriculum for over 30 years!

We offer college credit, homestays, free afternoon cultural activities, and volunteer opportunities, but the difference at Tecun Uman is the experience!
