This is excellent! I now have a strong foundation for Spanish. At the university, I did not learn to pronounce words clearly and could never effectively express myself.

The teachers at Iowa know their stuff and eager for you to learn Spanish is a comfortable and personal way-yet they challenge you. The specialized textbooks are very user friendly and helpful. The city of Merida is beautiful, the weather is great (not too hot) and the people are friendly. I would definitely recommend the school. My biggest suggestion is to have more student exchanges between students learning English and those learning Spanish to stimulate conversation, outings and friendships.
